The CCM Jetspeed FT4 Youth Hockey Skates are a performance level skate. The FT4 youth skate is designed specifically for the young hockey player. The skate is built with reinforced injected boot with synthetic composite which is slightly different from the bigger sizes. The other features include a microfiber liner, 7mm white tongue and SpeedBlade Black Steel.
Boot Construction & Stiffness Profile
The quarter package of the FT4 Youth skate uses reinforced injected technology with synthetic composite. This provides a durable boot to ensure the skates are made to last. The reinforcement helps with structural stiffness. This provides a stiffness performance index of 125 and a strong skating performance.
Liner & Internal Padding
The liner on the FT4 skates is a brushed microfiber material designed to provide comfort and durability. High-wear areas have extra protection to reduce the amount of wear and discomfort caused by rubbing.
Tongue
The Youth FT4 skates feature a 7mm white felt tongue with embossed lace-bite protection. This provides an increased level of comfort and protection for the skater.
Insoles
The footbed in the CCM FT4 youth skates are the molded kid sizing zone insoles. These are designed to make sizing easy, as well as provide foot support while skating.
Steel Runner, Holder & Blade Profile
The holder and steel is the CCM Speedblade Black combination. This set is non-replaceable, but is made of high quality materials to last. The Speedblade Black steel has been seen in top end skate previously, and is designed to maintain a sharp edge.
Graphics
The graphic on the youth CCM FT4 is the same as the senior level FT4. The flashy but clean black red and white pattern will have the skates sure to be noticed.
